Having spent 12 years as a construction foreman, he developed a deep understanding of building practices and project management. For the past 19 years, he has served as a building inspector for a local municipality, ensuring that structures meet rigorous safety and quality standards.

Darko holds an impressive 33 ICC certifications, including the prestigious Master Code Professional certification, as well as the High Performance Home Master Certification. As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and a Commercial Certified Construction Project Inspector (CCPIA), he is committed to staying at the forefront of industry best practices. Additionally, as an FAA Certified sUAS (drone operator), he utilizes cutting-edge technology to conduct thorough aerial inspections, providing clients with an even more comprehensive view of their properties. An AHIT graduate, Darko combines a thorough understanding of both residential and commercial inspections to provide clients with the highest level of service.
